ONLINE MARKET RESEARCH CLASS
The purpose of this course is to help you understand how to do market research to understand your market better and make strategic decisions. Each week will be filled with information from scholarly articles, PowerPoint presentation, survey creation, and input from your fellow classmates.
The course will teach students how to understand market research, and the process through which organizations analyze, plan, implement, and control programs to develop and maintain value exchanges with target customers.
After taking this class you will:
Understand the processes involved in discovering your target market (customer, competitors, and industry).
Have a Customer avatar/ Profile of the perfect customer primed to buy your product/service.
Possess the skills to create marketing surveys to understand your customers, competitors, and industry better.
Be able to discover what drives real customer value from the perspective of your target market.
Course duration: The class duration is four weeks, starting May 25th and ending June 26th.
Course Load & Assignments
Millennia class instructors post between two and three assignments and discussions weekly. The class week runs from Sunday - Saturday, with new assignments posted every Sunday within the four-week class schedule.
